Full Job Description
To Carry out Portable Appliance and Legionella testing at the Council's Properties to ensure buildings are safe to use and do not place building users at risk and remain compliant with all statutory legislation. To undertake additional testing requirements for RADON, etc. as required by the Compliance Manager.
- A methodical and organized individual
- Self-motivated to carry out appointed tasks
- Punctual with time management
- The applicant needs to be able to drive and travel around the county.
- Strong communication skills
- Passionate for maintaining compliance & system functionality for end users
