Full Job Description

As Legal & Insurance Office Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Director of Legal & Insurance and the wider Legal & Insurance Office. You will coordinate contract administration, maintain accurate records and systems, support the signing and completion of agreements, and provide administrative support for research and other office activities. You will also help manage the day-to-day running of the office, including meetings, correspondence, records and general office organisation, helping the team work efficiently and effectively.

You will have experience of providing effective administrative or office support, with excellent organisational skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will be confident managing records, coordinating information and deadlines, responding to queries and working with a range of colleagues and stakeholders. You will have good IT skills, including experience of Microsoft Office, and be comfortable learning and using new systems. Experience of working in a university, legal, research, contracts or professional services environment would be an advantage. You will be discreet and able to handle confidential information appropriately, with a proactive and helpful approach supporting a busy team.
