Legal Counsel - Products & Customer

We're looking for a talented Legal Counsel to join our General Counsel Function, supporting the business with high-quality legal advice across a wide range of matters. In this role, you'll play a key part in advising on retail products, ensuring they are developed, launched, and managed in line with legal & regulatory requirements and our risk appetite. Working as part of the Products & Customer team, you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across Current Accounts & Savings, as well as colleagues across the General Counsel Function and the wider business. You'll provide pragmatic, commercially focused guidance, helping teams navigate legal and regulatory complexity while enabling business objectives. From responding to stakeholder queries to supporting governance forums and managing external counsel, you'll be at the centre of decision-making that shapes our customer offering and protects the organisation. We operate on a team led hybrid approach with at least 1 day a week in the Coventry & / or Manchester office
