Legal Cashier

The successful candidate will be responsible for a varied range of accounts duties, including:

• Completing bank reconciliations accurately and efficiently
• Processing client and office account receipts
• Checking and processing private client and Legal Aid bills
• Setting up and processing electronic payments
• Managing purchase ledger transactions
• Managing and reconciling petty cash
• Reconciling company credit card transactions
• Assisting with month-end and year-end accounting procedures
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Supporting the wider Accounts Department as required
