The Talent Set are delighted to be partnering with the Royal Free Charity to recruit an experienced Legacy manager to lead and grow the Legacy programme at a pivotal moment for the organisation. The Royal Free Charity supports over two million patients and 17,000 NHS staff across four hospitals and 30+ NHS services, funding life-changing equipment, research, staff wellbeing and patient care. With ambitious plans for growth including a forthcoming multi-million-pound cancer appeal, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact. The role This role is responsible for developing and growing legacy income for the Royal Free Charity. It focuses on building a comprehensive legacy programme that encompasses strategy, marketing, and stewardship, ultimately securing long-term income to support the Royal Free Charity's vital work. What you'll do
- Develop and implement the RFC's legacy fundraising strategy to significantly grow legacy income from a base of £1m per annum.
- Work with the Senior Individual Giving Manager to identify distinct legacy audiences and segments among supporters, understanding their characteristics and motivations to tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
- Work with the Senior Individual Giving Manager to develop compelling and powerful cases for support tailored to identified target audiences.
- Project manage the Legacy data project, a key organisational priority, to ensure that legacy data is effectively stored, reported and stewarded
- Influence internal culture and ensure legacy messaging is included in all relevant communications., Please note we're not responsible for the content of job ads, as they're posted by the recruiter. Significant experience of Legacy fundraising. - Extensive experience of legacy marketing.
- Experience of developing effective strategies and marketing plans to cultivate, retain and develop engagement.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and managing budgets.
