Full Job Description
You will be a self-motivated, pro-active individual with a positive attitude and good communication skills. You will be able to flexibly manage your workload and provide a full service in purchase ledger, ensuring the ledger is accurate and backlog is kept to a minimum.
1. Process invoices and credit notes in an accurate and timely manner.
2. Reconcile supplier statements and ensure that action is taken to keep accounts up to date.
3. Liaise with suppliers to resolve any issues or disputes.
4. Ensure all work undertaken is within the policies of the Trust and an anti-fraud attitude.
5. Any other ad-hoc duties as prescribed.
