This will include close engagement with curriculum teams, Community Support Officers, Pastoral Tutors, and where appropriate, external partners and the wider community. You will have excellent teaching skills and substantial relevant teaching experience on BTEC and/or NCFE programmes with links to the industry, relevant external agencies and validating bodies and an awareness of academic quality standards.
With high personal standards and expectations and the ability to support, motivate and empathise with learners, including monitoring their progress, you will have good planning, preparation, organisational and administrative skills, with good attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be eligible for any increase in salary as a consequence of the annual cost of living review that will be implemented in the new academic year.
