Full Job Description

Why not join us as a Lecturer/Programme Lead - CIPD. Interviews for this role will take place on-site, at one of our college campuses in Weston-super-Mare. This role involves the delivery and programme management of the Level 3 and Level 5 CIPD programmes. Our CIPD programmes take place in the evenings (4.00pm - 9.00pm) and therefore the successful candidate must be willing to work during these hours. This is a part-time role, working 15 hours per week. Day to day duties of the role
- To course lead the CIPD programmes ensuring high levels of achievement and success.
- Contribute to the delivery, tracking and monitoring of performance amongst cohorts of students.
- Tutorship of students, giving appropriate support to enable students to achieve their academic and vocational targets.
- Assisting students in their progression to further study and /or employment. To be successful in this role, you will need to be CIPD qualified to at least Level 5 and have relevant HR industry experience. You will be student focussed and committed to ensuring that all learners have an outstanding experience.
