Warrington & Vale Royal College is seeking to appoint a part-time Lecturer in Travel and Tourism to deliver high quality teaching, learning and assessment, to ensure successful learner outcomes and maximise potential for all. The successful candidate will be teaching on Level 2 and Level 3 courses., Suitable candidates will have a degree in a related subject and ideally have a background working in the Travel & Tourism sector. Candidates should also have a teaching qualification. Relevant, up to date industry experience is essential. In addition to this, candidates should possess excellent teamwork and organisation with an 'excellence' mind set, and ideally be an experience FE lecturer. The college welcomes applications from skilled professionals and industry experts who would like to consider a teaching career and share their skills with the next generation. You don't always need a degree or teaching qualification to get started. There are opportunities to complete your teacher training on the job. The College operates on 2 campuses - Warrington and Winsford.
Up to £41,609 FTE, actual part-time salary up to £29,126, This is a 0.7 post, working 25.9 hours per week. As part of this role there will also be the expectation to support with external trips and contribute to open evenings when required We offer an excellent salary and benefits package, which includes:
