Lecturer in Sport

About the role: The Sport and Protective Services Faculty delivers a diverse and engaging curriculum, including BTEC Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Sport and Uniformed Protective Services. Students also benefit from a range of additional industry-recognised qualifications, including CIMSPA programmes, designed to enhance their learning experience and support future career progression. Our faculty boasts specialist teaching facilities and a strong enrichment programme, including a thriving sports academy that complement and extend classroom learning.

The successful candidate will primarily teach BTEC Sport, with some delivery across Protective Services programmes. Applicants with coaching and/or personal training qualifications would be particularly welcomed; however, we are keen to hear from individuals from a variety of professional and educational backgrounds, and applications from non-sport specialists will also be considered. This role would suit an energetic and adaptable individual who can inspire learners, contribute positively to the wider college community, and support the continued success of the faculty.
