Lecturer in Paramedic Apprenticeships (LAS)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly motivated team developing and leading the delivery of Paramedic Apprenticeship Degree Programmes across England. This role will be one of the Senior Lecturers for the LAS programme and will be supported by the principal lecturer, programme lead and clinical lecturers. The programme is located within an LAS education training centre, and this will be the base location of the appointment.

You will develop positive working relationships with NHS Trusts and other organisations. The University has previously been shortlisted for the Times Higher Education Outstanding Employer Engagement Award and this is reflected through the collaborative working with several organisations. You will demonstrate enthusiasm for practice-based education and their specialty, and have a willingness to utilise a range of e-learning technologies and other strategies in order to affect the provision of high-quality learning opportunities and the best possible student experience.
This role will play a crucial part in changing the shape of ambulance service education within the UK and we are looking for someone that is willing to be creative and innovate.
