Lecturer in Hospitality and Catering

We are looking for an inspiring Lecturer in Hospitality and Catering to teach across a range of programmes and levels. You will motivate and support learners to achieve their full potential, promote high standards and aspirations, and contribute to learner recruitment and retention activities. This 24-hour teaching role combines practical kitchen delivery with classroom-based learning. As part of the selection process, candidates will be required to demonstrate their culinary skills through both practical and theory-based assessments., All staff employed at Coleg y Cymoedd have a responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of learners, and all those working at the College are expected to uphold this commitment. As part of our safer recruitment processes, all new starters must successfully complete the required pre-employment checks prior to commencing employment. This includes an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. For roles that involve direct interaction with learners, registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) is also a mandatory requirement.
