Full Job Description
Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Lecturer in HE Business Management. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality teaching and inspire students to excel in the evolving world of business and management.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
As a key member of the team, your primary responsibility will be to assist in the development and delivery of outstanding learning experiences for students. Specific duties will include:
Delivering inclusive, high-standard teaching, learning, and assessment in Business Management.
Supporting curriculum design and ensuring programmes meet current academic and industry standards.
Monitoring and supporting student recruitment, retention, achievement, and progression through targeted developmental guidance.
Contributing to student recruitment through interviews, open days, and guidance activities.
Maintaining up-to-date subject knowledge and effective teaching practices (both digital and face-to-face), while actively engaging in professional development and the academic community.
Using college systems effectively to support student success, including virtual learning environments and progress tracking tools.
