We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Functional Skills English and Maths Lecturer to join our team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality Functional Skills English and Maths provision, enabling learners to develop essential skills, build confidence, and achieve their individual learning goals. We welcome applications from both experienced teachers and candidates who have gained experience supporting English and Maths learning within the classroom environments and are looking to progress into a teaching role. We also welcome applications from candidates seeking either full-time or part-time opportunities and are open to discussing flexible working arrangements with the successful applicant. The ability to engage and motivate learners, adapt teaching approaches to meet individual needs, and create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment is essential. You will be confident in working with learners from a range of backgrounds and abilities, using effective assessment and progress monitoring to support their achievement and progression.
