We're particularly interested in hearing from candidates with experience in schools or Further Education (FE), but if you have strong English subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others succeed, we'd love to hear from you., Teach and assess learners across a range of English programmes, including GCSE and Functional Skills
Deliver engaging, accessible lessons that develop learners' reading, writing, speaking and listening skills
Support learners with varying abilities, including those who may lack confidence in English
Use creative, inclusive and practical approaches to make English relevant to everyday life, employment and further study
Maintain high standards of safeguarding, professionalism, and learner wellbeing
Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement
What You'll Bring
A relevant English qualification (Level 3 or above)
Strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently
Experience working with learners or supporting others in education or training
A commitment to inclusive teaching and learner success
A Level 4 teaching qualification or above is welcomed - but if you don't have one yet, we'll support you to achieve it while you work

?? Salary:Unqualified Lecturer: £29,294 per yearQualified Lecturer: £31,885 - £40,814 per year(Depending on Skills, Qualifications & Experience)
