The automotive industry is evolving rapidly, and so are we - with an expanding department and a brand-new, state-of-the-art workshop, there's never been a better time to come on board. This is your opportunity to inspire the next generation of technicians while working in a modern, industry-relevant environment that reflects the latest technology and practices. You'll deliver high-quality teaching and training to learners from Entry Level to Level 3, alongside apprentices working towards Automotive Technology standards. The role is primarily focused on light vehicle, but experience in heavy vehicle would give you a real edge. We're looking for someone who brings: · An NVQ Level 3 in Automotive Engineering · At least 5 years' hands-on industry experience · The energy and ambition to engage and motivate learners An assessor qualification and teaching qualification are both advantageous, but not essential - we'll support the right candidate to gain these. What matters most is your enthusiasm, communication skills, and drive to develop outstanding vocational training. You'll be part of a growing, forward-thinking team delivering a wide range of provision, including full-time courses, apprenticeships, and specialist short programmes - all designed to meet the needs of a fast-moving industry.
