Suitable candidates will hold a relevant qualification in AAT Accounting. A teaching qualification is advantageous, though candidates have the opportunity to obtain one while employed. It is also desirable that candidates have knowledge of apprenticeship standards and an assessor award. A proven track record of industry related experience is essential. In addition, applicants should possess excellent teamwork and organisation skills, with an 'excellence' mind set.
