£29,294 per year to £40,814 per year (Depending on Skills and Qualifications)

What We Offer
Salary:
- Unqualified Lecturer: £29,294 per year
- Qualified Lecturer: £31,885 to £40,814 per year
- (Depending on Skills, Qualifications & Experience)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

What You'll Do
- Teach and assess learners across a range of English programmes, including GCSE and Functional Skills
- Deliver engaging, accessible lessons that develop learners' reading, writing, speaking and listening skills
- Support learners with varying abilities, including those who may lack confidence in English
- Use creative, inclusive and practical approaches to make English relevant to everyday life, employment and further study
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, professionalism, and learner wellbeing
- Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement
What You'll Bring
- A relevant English qualification (Level 3 or above)
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently
- Experience working with learners or supporting others in education or training
- A commitment to inclusive teaching and learner success
- A Level 4 teaching qualification or above is welcomed, but if you don't have one yet, we'll support you to achieve it while you work
