We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Lecturer to join our team, delivering high-quality teaching, learning and assessment to support our learners in achieving their full potential. You'll play a key role in designing and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons that meet curriculum standards and reflect industry needs. As a Lecturer at Coventry College, you'll contribute to curriculum development, provide academic and pastoral support to learners, and work closely with colleagues and external partners to ensure an outstanding learning experience. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire the next generation and help shape the future workforce of our city. We have an opportunity for motivated individual to join the Electrical Engineering team, teaching on a range of Engineering courses.

Must-Have:

• Hold a teaching qualification or be willing to work towards one
• Hold a minimum Level 2-4 in Electrical Engineering or related qualification
• Evidence of continuing professional development
• Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English
• Hold a IQA or equivalent
Nice-to-Have:
• Experience of working in an Electrical Engineering environment
• Evidence of effective tracking and monitoring of a wide range of students on a range of different programmes
• Experience of teaching manufacturing engineering to a range of learners
