Lecturer Construction (Multi Skills)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Lecturer to join our team, delivering high-quality teaching, learning and assessment to support our learners in achieving their full potential. You'll play a key role in designing and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons that meet curriculum standards and reflect industry needs. As a Lecturer at Coventry College, you'll contribute to curriculum development, provide academic and pastoral support to learners, and work closely with colleagues and external partners to ensure an outstanding learning experience. • Hold a relevant teaching qualification or be willing to work towards
• Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in construction
• Level 2 qualifications in English and Mathematics
• Provide evidence of continuing professional development
You should also be able to demonstrate:
• Evidence of effective tracking and monitoring of a wide range of students on a range of different programmes
• Experience of teaching Construction from Levels 1, 2 and 3 within a teaching/training environment
• Ability to deliver functional skills within relevant subject area
