Ready for a new challenge that still keeps you connected to the trade you love?

Based on the Isle of Sheppey, you'll enjoy teaching in well-equipped workshops while working as part of a supportive team committed to transforming lives through education. You'll teach, train and assess students across a range of programmes, creating engaging learning experiences that bring your industry expertise to life.
No teaching experience? No problem.
If you're an experienced carpenter with a passion for your trade and a desire to help others succeed, we'll support you every step of the way. Our dedicated Teacher Academy provides comprehensive training, coaching and mentoring, including support to gain teaching qualifications and develop your digital skills, enabling you to confidently transition from the workshop to the classroom.
You've built your career in the trade. Now help others build theirs.
Alongside our priority of excellent student experience, we also focus on our employees.
