This includes improving their experience in a range of areas, from accommodation, well-being and relationships, through to skills for education, training and employment. We are looking for someone who is care-experienced, and has received a leaving care service, to contribute to the best possible outcomes for cared for children and young people leaving care in South Tyneside., As the Leaving Care Ambassador, you will help to develop support for care leavers, and be a voice for care leavers, across the Council and its partners/stakeholders.
