Leasing & Commercial Performance

• Manage the full residential lettings process, from enquiry through to move-in, ensuring speed, accuracy and compliance
• Drive leasing activity to exceed income targets and minimise voids
• Lead negotiations, renewals, and corporate letting opportunities
Leadership & Team Development
• Recruit, train, coach and motivate a high-performing leasing team
• Foster a best-in-class leasing culture with strong operational standards
• Work closely with the General Manager to deliver commercial and service KPIs
Marketing & Brand Presence
• Contribute creatively to marketing strategies and local campaigns
• Build strong relationships with local businesses, agents and corporate partners
• Oversee social media content and resident-facing communications
Financial & Reporting
• Support budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting
• Identify opportunities for additional income streams and cost efficiencies
  
  We are looking for an experienced Leasing Manager to lead the end-to-end leasing journey at a premium build-to-rent development. This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial instincts, a passion for customer experience, and proven success in residential lettings and a customer-focused environment.
You will play a pivotal role in driving leasing performance as well as building meaningful local partnerships, and creating an outstanding experience for current and prospective residents. Service excellence is at the heart of this role - going above and beyond is not optional, it's expected.,
• Minimum 3 years' experience in residential lettings, build-to-rent, or property
• Strong sales and closing background with a commercially driven mindset
• ARLA qualification desirable (or willingness to work towards)
• Experience managing teams and working to targets and budgets
