Lease Company Sales Support

Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, ensuring a consistently high standard of service and timely resolution of queries. Provide regular status updates using agreed electronic platforms and ensure fast turnaround of National Account vehicle orders. Manage and monitor Ebbon and other online systems on behalf of the department, ensuring enquiries are responded to within the 30-minute SLA, records are kept up to date, and all required OEM and Brand Standards information is accurately tracked and recorded. Oversee demonstrator requests, bid-back activity, and order processing, proactively following up to maximise conversions. Offer suitable alternative vehicle solutions where factory lead times may impact customer decisions and adjust approach based on feedback to improve order performance. Maintain effective stock and vehicle management, with awareness of dwell times and cost implications, ensuring appeals, service level agreements, and company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times. Maintain Fleetbase and other agreed systems, producing regular, structured reports covering activity, customer contact, communications, sales progress, analysis, and identifying opportunities for increased sales, profit, and reduced lost opportunities. Work closely with manufacturer and internal teams to support operational efficiency, reporting requirements, and overall business objectives.

• Sales Administration experience
• Experience of using multiple I.T systems
• Experience if interacting with internal/external customers and delivering exceptional customer service
• Highly organised, great attention to detail.
