Full Job Description
As Learning & Talent Administrator, you will provide efficient, high-quality administrative support to our Learning and Talent function, helping to coordinate training events, manage bookings and maintain accurate learning records across the Group.
You will support the day-to-day administration of our learning management system Shine, ensuring colleagues and foster carers can access the training and development they need. You will also help coordinate First Aid training for foster carers, produce reports using Power BI and respond to queries in a professional and timely manner.
Working closely with the wider Learning and Talent team, you will play an important role in delivering a responsive, customer-focused service and identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
We are looking for an organised, proactive individual with strong administrative and IT skills, excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will have experience coordinating events, managing competing priorities and communicating effectively with a range of stakeholders, alongside confidence using Microsoft Office applications and learning new digital systems.
You will be comfortable maintaining accurate records, producing and interpreting basic reports, and handling confidential information appropriately. With a flexible and collaborative approach, you will be able to work independently, take ownership of tasks and respond positively to changing priorities. You will also have a willingness to explore new technologies, including AI tools, to improve efficiency and support the continued development of our Learning and Talent function.
