Derby College Group (DCG) are looking for a Learning Support Trainer to join our Student Experience and Pastoral team to support a range of neurodiverse students across DCG's fantastic campuses. The opportunity

You will play a crucial role in creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning atmosphere in the college's Base-Rooms. Responsibilities include providing one-on-one and small group coaching sessions, managing the daily operations of the Learning Support Base Rooms, identifying and addressing student support needs, and acting as a Mental Health First Aider to support students' wellbeing.

You will have a passion for education, an energy to invest in the students you support and an ability to drive and implement new initiatives. If you're positive, motivated, and have an understanding of sector frameworks, SEND code of practice, and experience with Additional Learning Support we would love to hear from you!
