Cape Primary School is a vibrant and inclusive primary school based in the heart of Smethwick. We pride ourselves on our wonderful staff, children and community. We are a 'Good' school in all areas in our most recent OFSTED inspection (June 23). Inspectors said that "Pupils are happy at Cape Primary School. They appreciate belonging to a community where they feel cared for and where their differences are celebrated. This is a place where everyone feels included. The 'Cape Eight Values' underpin the curriculum and pupils are proud of the rewards they receive for resilience, kindness and independent learning." We are therefore looking for a fabulous LSP to join our team.

You must be:

  • Enthusiastic, committed, passionate, resilient & dedicated
  • Have a willingness to be innovative and take a risk, using your initiative and following advice
  • Someone who works hard and has a strong work ethic
  • A great communicator who can work well in a team
  • Someone with a good sense of humour

What we can offer:

  • A great team of staff, children and governors
  • Opportunities for continuous professional development

If you are interested in applying for a post at our school and want to be the next superhero in our team then please contact the school office or email headteacher@cape.sandwell.sch.uk to find out more.
