Full Job Description
Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking two Learning Support Assistants to join our Schools teams at Slough and Langley Colleges, as well as the Berkshire College of Agriculture. These roles are part-time, requiring 24 hours of work per week during term time, on a permanent basis., As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enabling students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to fully access the curriculum. By assisting in the delivery of a structured and planned learning support programme, you will help students engage in all aspects of college life and work towards their desired outcomes, learning goals, and full potential.

Join our Schools Provision team and work with students referred from local schools who have a variety of SEN requirements. Your role will involve providing support on a one-to-one basis, in small groups, or within a full classroom setting. This position requires you to work from 9:00am to 3:30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, for a total of 37 weeks per year during term time.
