Full Job Description
Hoe Bridge School is looking to recruit a dedicated One-to-One Learning Support Assistant. You will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to a pupil with an EHCP. In this role, you will collaborate closely with teachers to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment. Your responsibilities will adapt to meet the needs of the individual pupil you are assigned to. You will have the ability to plan and create engaging activities for use during an intervention and are able to work well in a strong and focused team environment.
This is a part time role for 15 - 20 hours per week (£17.50 per hour) term time only. You would benefit from having previous school experience and a Teaching Assistant Level 3 qualification.
