Full Job Description
As a Learning Support Assistant - Inclusion Keyworker within Sidney Stringer Academy, you'll be able to make a key difference to a pupil's educational experience as a crucial part of the wider team, and will have the opportunity to develop your skill set with key training and development opportunities available.
- Good numeracy/literacy skills
- Experience of working with children with behavioural needs, preferably at secondary age
- A positive interest in working with students, and an ability to inspire them
- Ability to build good working relationships with a range of colleagues
- A well-developed sense of responsibility
- General understanding of National Curriculum and other basic learning programmes
Grade 4 £22,037 to £25,048 Permanent Sidney Stringer Academy You will be employed by the trust which consists of five schools led by Sidney Stringer Academy. The schools are Radford Primary Academy, Ernesford Grange Community Academy, Riverbank Academy (Special School), Sidney Stringer Primary School and Sidney Stringer Academy., 35.00 hours per week - term time only plus 5 days 8:30 am to 4:00 pm - Monday to Friday
