Learning Support Assistant (Foundation Stage)

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about supporting young children at the very start of their educational journey.   Holds a recognised Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Supporting Teaching and Learning, Early Years Education, Childcare or a related field.
Has proven experience of working successfully within an Early Years or Foundation Stage setting. Demonstrates strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework and early childhood development. Has experience supporting children's communication, language, social and emotional development. Can work effectively alongside teachers to deliver high-quality learning and intervention programmes. Has excellent behaviour management skills and high expectations of all children. Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
