Learning Support Assistant (FELS) (1:1 Support)

Farnborough College of Technology is seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 support to students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities within our FELS provision.

The role involves supporting students both academically and practically, ensuring they are able to fully access their learning and college experience.

Applicants should have a good standard of education, particularly in English and Maths, strong communication skills, and ideally experience of working with individuals with learning difficulties and/or disabilities.
