Learning Support Assistant

The right candidate should:

· Collaborate with teaching staff to enhance the quality of initial instruction, provide support to individuals, small groups, and entire classes as necessary.

· Deliver educational activities to students under an established supervision framework, making adjustments based on student reactions and requirements.

· Aid in students' learning process to ensure they achieve at least the expected level of progress.

· Support teachers in classrooms where students' literacy skills pose a hindrance to their advancement.

· Customize existing literacy or numeracy teaching materials to suit the specific needs of individual students or student groups.

· Demonstrate high levels of enthusiasm, energy, resilience, and perseverance.
