Learning Support Assistant

The Kingsley School is seeking to appoint Learning Support Assistant to support our preparatory and/or secondary school to support pupils' learning, wellbeing and emotional development.

The post-holder will be patient, nurturing and adaptable individual who is passionate about helping children thrive. They will provide targeted, high-quality and adaptive support for pupils with SEND, including those with Autism and social, emotional and mental health needs, developing a communication friendly environment. In this rewarding role, the successful applicant will work closely with teachers, parents and external professionals to support pupils in overcoming barriers to learning, developing independence and achieving their full potential., Reporting Lines : The post holder will report to the Assistant Head of Support and Safeguarding.
