learning support assistant

The Cedar Federation are looking for an experienced learning support assistant to be based at St James CE Primary, Enfield.

As a member of staff, you will be part of a team that works together to support children and their learning. You will be expected to support and encourage the ethos of a Church of England school, its vision values and values.
We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and patient learning support assistant with experience in working with children with SEN. Duties will include support for the children's learning within the class, in groups and on an individual basis. Duties will also include providing personal care and assistance for pupils who require such support.
The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively with other members of staff and children, and they will have worked in a childcare environment. Our school is an inclusive, creative school, committed to child-initiated learning through a topic-based approach to the curriculum.
