Learning Support Assistant

You will work under the guidance of the SENDCO to implement agreed work programmes with individual/groups, in or out of the classroom.

• Experience of working with young people
• An understanding of the needs of pupils in particular those with SEND
• The ability to work within a team
• The ability to work with pupils on individual targets set by a member of staff
• Good written and spoken communication skills
