Full Job Description
The key role of a Learning Support Assistant at Kite Ridge is to support and develop students to achieve. Each of our students is different and requires a different level of support.
You will ensure they are happy and content at school whilst supporting them to be the best they can be.
Maths, English and basic IT skills are required.
Experience in a school or SEN setting is an advantage, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are critical.
You will need to be physically and mentally fit to meet the demands of our challenging and energetic students.
Kite Ridge School is a specialist secondary PRU, offering long stay placements, for young people aged between 11 and 19 with a range of Learning Difficulties and a presentation of behaviour that challenges others.
