Full Job Description

We are seeking to appoint a secondary teacher who is a current classroom practitioner and has a background in SEND, to join the Learning Support Advisory Teacher team. This pivotal role involves working collaboratively with schools, educators, and families to support pupils with SEND across all key stages. You will provide expert guidance on inclusive teaching strategies, assess individual student needs, and help develop tailored support plans to ensure every learner can thrive. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in special educational needs, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting equity in education.
