Full Job Description
As a Learning and Skills Coach you will provide 1-2-1 and small group support to students, delivering sessions on English, maths, study skills and digital skills. You will work as part of a team of coaches who work across the College, which means that we can play to each team member's strengths to deliver different aspects of our provision. Hours per week: 18.5 Salary per year: £15,055

You will be highly organised, creative, and able to plan engaging and innovative sessions with demonstrated interpersonal skills. Assessing and tracking student progress to further plan interventions will be a vital part of the role, as well as ensuring all students develop the skills they need to succeed.
