Learning PartnerHours: 17.5 hours per week plus 5 InsetsMonday - Friday 12pm to 3.30pmContract: Fixed Term TBC - 31 August 2027Salary: JG4 SCP7 -11 £27,274.00 - £29,071.00 FTE per annumActual Salary: £11,330.64 - 12,077.19 per annum pro rata The RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic Learning Partner (Teaching and Learning Support) to join our friendly team, working throughout the whole primary phase. The role is to work flexibly as part of a team, under the direction of class teachers or the SENDCo to provide teaching and learning support to pupils, teachers and the wider school community. We are looking for: A flexible team player who is positive, passionate about their job and a problem solver Someone that can develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with pupils, the staff team and parents A committed person confident in working with the class teacher to support/develop learning of individual pupils, groups or the whole class Someone that can use their own initiative
