As a Learning and Organisational Development Assistant, you will play a crucial part in supporting our ambitions by:
Assisting with our learning and development programmes,
Supporting employee engagement and wellbeing,
Supporting our performance management processes,
Organising employee events such as our corporate induction,
Helping to create an inclusive culture,
Providing support to our executive support function.

Have some experience in learning and development/HR or providing support in an office environment
Are comfortable to communicate with a range of different people in an organisation, eg senior managers, employees from a variety of services
Have excellent organisational skills
Are proficient at using a variety of software packages, especially to help with data analysis, writing reports, generating insights
Have a positive attitude towards helping our people achieve their potential.

This post is permanent. The hours of work for this position are 37 hours per week, working Monday to Friday. You will be based at Morecambe Town Hall, with the option for hybrid working available dependent on service needs.
