About this Role
The successful candidate will work with our Leadership Team and lead Learning Mentors to provide provision across the school.
We are looking for a Senior Learning Mentor who:
- Is passionate about making a difference and committed to our school values
- Has experience in delivering high quality pastoral support and interventions
- Manages a team effectively
- Has a firm understanding of effective safeguarding
- Is already trained, or is willing to train as a DSL
