Learning Mentor(s)
Salary: Grade 7 Point 23 £34,114
(Inclusive of London Weighting and Ealing Supplement)
Term time only, Monday to Friday 8.30 to 16.30 with a one hour unpaid lunchbreak

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Learning Mentor(s) to join our thriving mentoring department. This is an excellent opportunity for an inspiring educator to make a meaningful impact within a motivated team and to deliver high-quality, engaging sessions with our students. Dormers Wells High School is an 11-18 mixed, multi-cultural academy within the Dormers Wells Learning Trust. "There is a thriving sense of community at this school... The successful candidate will:
· Be able to communicate effectively and accurately both orally and in writing to children, parents / carers and other external agencies
· Be welcoming and professional when managing the centre
· Be flexible and hardworking and able to work under pressure
· Be able to follow Trust procedures and use their own initiative as required and be a good team player
· Have good organisational and interpersonal skills and be able to maintain confidentiality at all times
