Full Job Description

Cygnet Group are looking for a confident Learning Disabilities Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care. Youll be working 42 hours a week, including days, nights & weekends , making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Willow House. Willow House is a specialist residential service with nursing for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs behaviours that may challenge. We also support people who have associated mental and physical health needs, including those with a secondary diagnosis of autism. With our in-house qualified Mental Health and Learning Disability Nurses (RMNs and RNLDs), we can provide specialist nursing care and support, which is tailored to the needs of the individual. We can also offer bespoke packages including Speech and Language Therapy input for individuals that may require it. We aim to promote increased independence and community integration for the individuals in our care.
