Full Job Description

Are you an experienced Live-in Carer, Care Assistant or Similar looking for a highly varied and specialist live-in role supporting adults with learning disabilities, injuries or physical disabilities? This is an excellent opportunity to join our specialist Live-in Care team, supporting clients to live safely and independently while encouraging them to be active in the community. We are looking for reliable, confident carers who are happy to work on a 1 week on / 1 week off basis. You will be supporting clients with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, injury-related support and physical disabilities. A key part of this role will be helping clients stay involved in the things that matter to them. This may include driving them to clubs, appointments, activities, day services, social groups and other community-based support. Some clients may be out and about most days, so you must be confident and willing to drive as part of the role. There will be plenty of downtime within some packages, but also some very busy and active days, so we are looking for carers who are flexible, patient and happy to support each person's individual routine. Network Healthcare is a nationwide Homecare provider with specialist departments for live-in care, complex care, learning disabilities support and community care. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, person-centred support to people in their own homes. This role would suit an experienced carer who is looking for a stable live-in rota, excellent weekly pay and the opportunity to support clients in a meaningful, active and person-centred way. THE ROLE:

  • 1 week on / 1 week off live-in rota
  • Supporting adults with learning disabilities, injuries or physical disabilities
  • Driving clients to clubs, appointments, activities and community groups
  • Providing companionship, personal care and day-to-day support
  • Helping clients maintain independence and routine in their own home
  • Supporting both quieter packages and more active community-based packages

Experienced Live-in Carer, Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant or similar
  • Must have a full UK Driving Licence
  • Confident and willing to drive clients in the community
  • Comfortable supporting adults with learning disabilities
  • Patient, calm and confident supporting people with different routines and needs
