Supporting the Learning and Development Manager, you will coordinate and deliver engaging training programmes aligned with business objectives, contractual requirements, and legislative standards. You'll be part of a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own way.Main ResponsibilitiesDeliver and coordinate Initial Training Courses (ITCs) and inductions for both operational and non-operational staffEnsure training content remains up to date, engaging, and aligned with organisational needsSupport subject matter experts (SMEs) during training sessions and deliver specialist content where requiredFacilitate
