Full Job Description
As a Learning & Development Specialist, you'll work closely with the L&D Manager and the wider Knowledge Management department, taking ownership of the design and delivery of engaging learning programmes and building confident relationships with stakeholders at all levels. This opportunity would suit someone with solid L&D experience, ideally from a professional services background, who is proactive, creative and able to adapt readily to changing priorities with a positive, can-do mindset. What you'll be doing
- Designing and delivering broad-appeal training programmes and resources, including face-to-face, virtual and self-serve interventions that appeal to a range of learning styles.
- Reviewing and revising learning resources to ensure accuracy, clarity and alignment with learning goals, and designing post-learning feedback and pulse checks to gather meaningful learner insights.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the firm and developing and maintaining partnerships with external training providers to promote collaboration and continuous improvement.
Proven experience in L&D with demonstrable design and delivery skills - whether through formal qualifications, professional experience or self-directed learning - and the confidence to deliver training to a broad range of participants, both in person and virtually. - The ability to conduct training needs analyses, translate findings into effective learning solutions and present recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, backed by strong analytical skills to evaluate programme effectiveness.
- A growth mindset, curiosity about legal tech developments, and an enthusiasm for AI - proactively championing the use of emerging technology and engaging positively with AI platforms.
