  • Embed a culture of learning by coaching managers and supporting ongoing development
  • Maximise engagement and usage of our LMS (iLearn) to support organisational capability

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially aware Learning & Development Partner who can elevate capability across our Sales & Marketing function - driving performance through impactful, engaging and insight-led learning.
  • You bring strong experience designing and delivering sales training programmes, with a clear understanding of what drives performance in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You know how to translate business goals into practical, high-impact learning interventions that genuinely improve capability and results. You understand how it supports the sales journey and can train others to use it effectively, improving adoption, capability and ultimately performance. You are comfortable using data and insights from systems like Salesforce to shape learning needs and measure impact. You are equally comfortable working at both a strategic and operational level - partnering with senior stakeholders to identify capability gaps, while also rolling up your sleeves to design and deliver solutions. With strong communication and influencing skills, you quickly build credibility with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing and the wider business. You are passionate about developing people, embedding learning into day-to-day activity, and creating a culture where continuous improvement is the norm. This role will involve travel to sites and offices across the business, so flexibility and willingness to travel are essential., You are someone who is passionate about developing people and driving performance through learning, with the ability to translate business needs into practical, high-impact training solutions. You will likely bring:
  • Proven experience designing and delivering sales training programmes
  • Strong experience creating engaging learning content across a blended learning approach
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM (either training or hands-on usage)
  • Solid understanding of Learning & Development best practice and methodologies
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems to drive engagement and track impact
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • A data-led mindset, using insight and feedback to continuously improve learning outcomes
