Learning & Development Manager

We are seeking a passionate Learning & Development Manager to drive training and development across our London properties - COMO Metropolitan and COMO The Halkin. This is a hands-on, strategic role with a real impact on the growth and engagement of our team members. Why join us?

What You Will Do:
• Assess learning needs across both properties, identifying organisational and individual skill gaps.
• Align learning initiatives with hotel and company objectives to enhance performance and drive success.
• Lead COMO Welcome, our onboarding program, creating an engaging introduction to COMO's culture and core values.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and data-driven strategies.
• Design and deliver impactful, tailored training programs to enhance skills and service excellence.
• Develop brand-specific learning content and compelling resources for our online training platform.
• Collaborate with departments to understand unique training requirements and ensure alignment with group goals.
  
  Experienced in a learning manager or L&D role within the hospitality industry.
• A strong leader passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Highly organised with the ability to self-manage, prioritise, and deliver consistently.
• A confident trainer, able to build rapport with team members and managers alike.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator at all levels of the organisation.
• Creative, with a genuine passion for hospitality and developing internal talent
