If this sounds like the place for you, wed love to hear from you! ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as Learning and Development Facilitator will be to drive performance and quality
within our homes through delivery of q, The Learning and Development Facilitator role at Avery Healthcare is designed to support and improve team performance through quality training delivery. The facilitators main objective is to ensure the team is competent and compliant, thus delivering exceptional care to residents. Key responsibilities include leading training sessions in multiple homes, identifying learning needs through the Learning Management System, designing engaging course content, and recording sessions accurately. The facilitator also assesses learner knowledge during the training. The role requires a commitment to diversity and inclusion, experience in learning and development within adult social care, knowledge of statutory training requirements, and specific educational qualifications. A UK driving license is necessary, and the position includes mandatory DBS checks.
